Teaching Experience
Director of Bands- Crestdale Middle School Aug 2019 - Present
• Assess student learning and achievement through performance based and academic based assignments.
• Use data driven student instruction based on formative and summative assessments.
• Assessed musicians and assigned instruments and parts for pieces of music and concerts.
• Planned 3-4 concerts yearly and marketed concerts to students, parents, and public.
• Inventoried, maintained, repaired, and purchased new instruments and equipment for department.
• Serve as the Fine Arts Team Lead, Mentor Teacher, Clinical Educator, and co-facilitator for the CMS Middle School Band PLC.
